Ground Flare System of Gabon AFPF Project of Sinopec Jiangsu Oil Construction
The ground flare system of this project is a safe release facility for the Gabon AFPF project of the Oilfield Construction Division of Sinopec Jiangsu Petroleum Exploration Bureau. The ground flare is a circular combustion tower with a diameter of 3 m and a height of 16 m. The ground flare can undertake the emission task of 450,000 Nm3/d.

 
Synthetic Ammonia and Pure Alcohol Ketone Combination Elevated Flare System of Shandong Yongzhi Chemical Co., Ltd.
This project is located in Yinzhuang Industrial Park, Suiguan Town, Yuncheng County, Shandong Province. It is a newly built torch tower for synthetic ammonia and pure alcohol ketone by Shandong Yongzhi Chemical Co., Ltd. The tower body is a trilateral steel pipe composite structure. The entire tower is made of hot-dip galvanizing. The tower is 95.4 m high, all made of Q235 steel. The tower root open is 15*15*15 m, and weighs about 130 t. The linkages of the tower body are all connected by ordinary bolts. The two torch cylinders are located in the center of the tower, the cylinder diameters are Ф820 and Ф620, and both are 100 m high.

The total height of this torch is 100 m. The flare system is stable and completely burnt in a wide flow range, and has great operating flexibility; no tempering at low flow rates, no flameout at high flow rates, and it has windproof and smoke suppression functions and meets environmental protection requirements.
